A new step in the mining industry
DELPRO has signed a new Engineering Services Contract with Mining Company Lomas Bayas, an operation located in the Antofagasta Region and part of the Glencore group, one of the world’s largest natural resources companies.
Glencore is a global leader in the production and trading of natural resources, with operations in more than 35 countries and a key role in supplying essential metals for the energy transition, including copper, cobalt, and nickel.
Multidisciplinary engineering for projects
Through this agreement, DELPRO will provide multidisciplinary engineering services covering specialties such as mechanical, civil-structural, hydraulic, electrical, instrumentation, and control, contributing to the development of studies, projects, and optimization of productive facilities at the mining operation.
During the term of the contract, DELPRO’s team will be involved in basic and detailed engineering, as well as technical support for projects, delivering solutions that contribute to operational continuity, efficiency, and sustainable development.
