A Commercial Engineer with an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Cristian has over 8 years of experience leading administration, finance, and accounting departments. Throughout his career, he has driven business growth and development based on solid financial principles that ensure effective and sustainable management, while also integrating technological tools to optimize administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.

His professional career spans various industries, from hospitality and real estate to digital services, underground drilling, and the import and distribution of meat products, providing him with a broad business perspective grounded in financial realities and the challenges of effective control. Additionally, he has complemented his experience with a distinguished academic career, serving as a faculty professor at the University of Talca and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, teaching key subjects such as financial accounting, cost accounting, managerial decision-making, business models, marketing, and entrepreneurship workshops.

Born in Santiago, Cristian moved to the Quinta Región in 2004 to pursue his postgraduate studies. During this period, he established his own business in Valparaíso, a key experience that allowed him to gain first-hand insight into the mindset and considerations of a business owner.

In his role, Sbarbaro is known for fostering positive work environments, promoting team cohesion, and a strong sense of service both internally and externally, with the goal of ensuring efficient, timely, and consistently communicative support. For him, the administration and finance department should act as a key driver of collaboration, and this is how he envisions his role at Delpro: strengthening existing efforts to ensure all departments operate smoothly and efficiently in achieving their objectives.
