On December 10, 2025, DELPRO had the honor of participating in the Year-End Dinner organized by the Occupational Health Directorate and the SATEP Directorate of Codelco El Salvador Division—an event that reaffirmed the strength of a relationship built on trust, professionalism, and collaborative work.
The event, led by Camila Voitman, Director of Occupational Health and Contract Administrator, together with Juan Marambio Bugueño, SATEP Director, brought together distinguished divisional authorities, including General Manager Patricio Viveros, as well as legal teams, executives from various areas, and DELPRO’s Occupational Health team. Their presence provided a particularly meaningful framework for the central message of the evening:
“Let us celebrate our work and the achievements accomplished during 2025.”
Recognitions that reflect the value of our people
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the tribute paid to three DELPRO professionals who have made a profound impact within the division:
- Teresa Galleguillos Galleguillos, Lead Ergonomist — Recognized for the value of Innovation, thanks to her transformative leadership.
- Evelyn Tapia, Nurse — Honored for the value We Take Care of Each Other, reflecting her dedication to self-care and people’s safety.
- Valeria Carvajal, Nurse — Awarded for the value Respect, standing out for her human-centered approach and her ability to foster positive work environments.
Their recognition reaffirms that DELPRO’s greatest asset is its team, whose professional and human excellence is key to the value we deliver to Codelco.
DELPRO: A trusted strategic partner
The evening was also a moment of institutional pride as DELPRO received recognition for excellence in service delivery, ongoing willingness to support management, and the trust built with the division’s teams. The award was received by:
Catalina Ponce Forno, Operations Manager
Carolina Paz Oyarce Leiva, Commercial Manager
Gabriel Neira Cortez, Deputy Operations Manager
In her remarks, Catalina Ponce Forno expressed her appreciation to CODELCO – National Copper Corporation of Chile for the trust placed in DELPRO, reaffirming our commitment to support them in the challenges that 2026 will bring, always with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic collaboration.
A year-end close that projects an even more promising future. More than just a closing dinner, this gathering was an opportunity to celebrate human relationships, recognize efforts, and strengthen a partnership that continues to grow. For DELPRO, the day leaves us with gratitude, pride, and the conviction that when people work with purpose, results multiply and future opportunities are amplified.
