Policies translated into real management

The recognition highlights the implementation of Delpro’s Gender Equality and Equity Policy and Diversity and Inclusion (DEI) Policy, both developed under a cross-functional methodology that promotes processes based on transparency, objectivity, and zero tolerance for any form of harassment.

These initiatives go beyond corporate guidelines, having been integrated into daily operations, enabling progress toward a more conscious and consistent organizational culture at all levels.

 

Collaborative work across operations and people management

During the event, Gabriel Neira Cortez, Deputy Operations Manager, represented Delpro, contributing from his role in bridging Head Office and field operations, where these initiatives have been directly deployed and coordinated.

Alongside him, Camila Torres, Corporate People Management Analyst, actively contributed to the management and implementation of these initiatives, together with Margaret Olivares, Operations Assistant, reflecting strong collaboration across key areas of the organization.
