An initiative aligned with the circular economy

The wellbeing, sustainability, and safety initiative was also carried out at the South Hub in Concepción, where part of the team replicated the activity incorporating a focus on psychosocial wellbeing and the creative reuse of non-hazardous waste.

The session was led by Pamela Fernández, Environmental Inspector ITO, with the support of Raquel Paredes, Risk Prevention Inspector ITO, creating a space for team interaction and promoting practices aligned with the circular economy and the principles of the REP Law.

“Small actions, such as reusing materials and giving them a new purpose, can generate a meaningful impact on how we build a more conscious and sustainable culture.”

Spaces that promote wellbeing

These types of initiatives not only strengthen wellbeing and workplace relationships, but also encourage reflection on the role each person plays in building more responsible and collaborative environments.

At DELPRO, these initiatives reflect an approach that integrates safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, promoting an organizational culture aligned with the current challenges of the industry.

A commitment that extends across every space where we operate.
