Delpro has been awarded a new Mining Project Management contract with the National Mining Company (ENAMI), aimed at supporting the development of its CAPEX portfolio over the coming years, as part of the strengthening of its Development and Projects Division.

This milestone consolidates Delpro’s role in managing strategic projects, bringing technical capabilities and experience in highly demanding operational environments.

  • Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Claims
  • Contract Management

 

Active role in project development

During the contract period, Delpro’s team will participate in the formulation, evaluation, development, and implementation of projects, contributing to operational continuity, efficiency, and excellence in the management of ENAMI’s project portfolio.

ENAMI plays a strategic role in fostering the national mining industry, supporting producers across the country through services, technical assistance, and mineral resource management.
