At DELPRO INGENIERÍA, we are pleased to announce the addition of Jorge Santander to our Board, who will assume the role of Business Development Director, strengthening our executive team with his extensive experience and industry career.
Jorge Santander is a Mechanical Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, with a specialization in Maintenance Engineering from KYTA, Japan. He also holds a Master’s degree in Asset Management from the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and an MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, reflecting his solid academic background.
With a distinguished professional career, Jorge has held managerial positions in Operations, Production, and Plant areas at prominent national companies such as Cemento Melón and ENAP. His expertise lies in systemic process management, implementing strategies that enhance production and improve operational standards, fostering collaboration across departments, and promoting continuous improvement.
His comprehensive approach has enabled balanced performance in production, workplace climate, environmental management, and safety, delivering sustainable results and generating long-term value. Additionally, Jorge has strong skills in building solid relationships with teams, unions, communities, and authorities, ensuring sustainable operations oriented toward excellence.
