Dialogue and Collaborative Engagement

 

As part of the Operations Management 2026–2027 Strategic Plan, DELPRO has launched a series of meetings with its different services, aimed at strengthening the connection with field teams and continuing to drive continuous improvement.

This initiative, led by Catalina Ponce Forno, Operations Manager, seeks to create spaces for direct dialogue that allow sharing the company’s vision, highlighting the role of each team, and identifying improvement opportunities based on operational experience.

Close Management with a People-Centered Approach

During these sessions, new benefits are also being introduced, reinforcing the value of teamwork and promoting a close management approach where leadership actively integrates into the day-to-day work of the teams.

The focus of these meetings is to work collaboratively, enhancing the development of our people and strengthening each service through a sustainable, long-term perspective.
