Grand Celebration of 10 Years of DELPRO SPA’s Journey
With great joy, we kicked off 2023 celebrating together as a team our 10 years in the industry. On this occasion, we shared a wonderful party with our employees, co-founders, directors, advisors, and their families. After 10 years, with a cohesive organization and over 200 employees across Chile, we can project a bright future together and united. As an organization, we recognize that these moments are undoubtedly an opportunity to strengthen our corporate culture and pass our DNA throughout the company. We want to acknowledge the commitment, human quality, and willingness of each participant in the event, as well as the organizing team and staff in charge. Year after year, it becomes increasingly important to visualize the unification of our company, allowing us to come together, share, and connect as people rather than just as professionals and colleagues. We are confident that enjoying these moments strengthens our path, paves the way for conflict resolution, and builds resilience in the face of changes and debates inherent to a growing organization. These were some of the messages left by our CEO, Mr. Juan Carlos Andrés Soto Candia, in commemoration of the company’s 10th anniversary. The event featured a special performance by Álvaro Salas, a nationally renowned comedian with an extensive career spanning over 30 years in humor. Álvaro was recently awarded the Jorge Délano National Humor Prize 2022, which he shared with our team, providing our family with a very enjoyable moment.
