In mid-November, DELPRO INGENIERÍA will commence a new service with our client ENAMI – National Mining Company. On this occasion, ENAMI has requested Industrial Project Management services to ensure effective and efficient review and control of investment projects under defined standards, incorporating best engineering practices throughout each phase and lifecycle. This includes project formulation, development, phase-gate evaluations, monitoring and control, implementation, and closure of each investment initiative within ENAMI’s project portfolio.
The service will be carried out at strategic locations designated by the client, including ENAMI offices in Santiago, La Serena, Vallenar, and Copiapó.
The scope of the contract includes the availability of professionals to provide the following services:
· Engineering and Counterpart Services
· Project Planning and Control
· Contract Management
· Procurement Management
· Quality Management
· Environmental Management and Permits
· Document Control
To fulfill these requirements, DELPRO will provide a range of professionals with diverse specialties, including: Mechanical, Piping, Hydraulic, and Civil Work Technical Inspectors; Cost Estimation Specialists; Mining/Metallurgical Process Specialists; Planning and Control professionals; Risk Prevention Advisors; and Sectorial and Environmental Permitting Specialists, among others.
