Project Management Support, Refining and Marketing Business Line
It is important to mention that Delpro has successfully maintained this contract since April 2018. The current contract for the 2022–2026 period includes the hiring of support for project management in the refining and marketing business line, covering the management of initiatives, projects, and portfolio oversight in the areas of project development, logistics/supply chain initiatives, R&C-Magallanes initiatives, and initiatives in Biobío and Aconcagua. DELPRO will provide permanent personnel to the Project Management Department (DGP) to handle project development, logistics/supply chain, and R&C Magallanes initiatives.
Additionally, the scope of the service involves professionals on a variable basis to provide specific and targeted consulting, aimed at improving and strengthening project management and/or direction within R&C. The main activities to be carried out during the service include:
- Methodological structuring: management according to FEL methodology and ENAP’s own guidelines.
- Planning, monitoring, and control of initiatives and projects using Primavera P6.
- Generation, monitoring, and control of financial information (commitments and payments) using ERP SAP.
- Administration and maintenance of information in local databases (Excel) and software (Primavera P6).
- Creation and maintenance of an information system for approvals management and associated documentation.
- Consolidation and analysis of information.
- Generation of standard and ad-hoc reports and documents.
- Monitoring of purchases/contracts.
