The scope of the service includes the activities prior to the plant shutdown and the implementation of a BackOffice service to support the Project Management of the event. This encompasses, among other tasks: scope and schedule management, progress planning and control, financial planning and control, online reporting, quality management, third-party management, occupational health and environmental management, claims management, risk management, ERP SAP management (PM, MM, FI, CO modules), technical support management, and project documentation management.
